School Transformation Program
We adopt government schools for a period of five years and work collaboratively to improve every aspect of the school environment. This is our flagship program and forms the foundation of all our work.
We focus on five interconnected pillars:
- Leadership Development in Students
We build student-led leadership ecosystems by nurturing voice, responsibility and ownership. We are piloting student clubs and student parliaments to help children step into leadership roles within their schools. - Community Engagement
We actively involve parents and communities to ensure that children’s education remains a shared priority. From home visits to community circles, we create spaces for connection and participation. - Holistic Classrooms
Our classrooms focus not only on academics but also on social emotional learning, inclusion, creativity and curiosity. We aim to make classrooms spaces where every child feels seen and supported. - Teacher and Staff Development
We work closely with government teachers and staff through collaborative planning, training and mentorship so they are equipped to create joyful and meaningful learning experiences. - Child Participation and Learning
We believe children must play an active role in their own learning journeys. We create environments that encourage inquiry, reflection and growth, helping every child reach their full potential.
