Teachers emerge as leaders and innovators. With continuous training, mentoring, and tools tailored to their realities, they take charge of their classrooms and their growth.
We have trained over 4726  government teachers and counting.

We currently partner deeply with one school and have been a part of the journeys of three others, supporting shifts in teaching, leadership, and culture.

DIET Training

The government system strengthens from within. Our formal partnership with the Nagar Prathmik Shikshan Samiti allows us to co-create scalable solutions that ripple across the city’s schools. We are now partnering with DIET Surat to conduct trainings and capacity-building programs for teachers and principals. These programs focus on diverse themes such as English language learning program, leadership development, and innovation in pedagogy, with our experts leading each specialised module.

Our interventions in whole school transformation (adopted school):
