Who can be our Edu-Leader?
- Graduates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Willing to work full-time
- Fluent in at least two languages (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
- Passionate about teaching and leadership
- Comfortable using basic digital tools
Asaadharan Teaching Fellowship Model
What will be the Responsibilities of an Edu-Leader?
- Co-Teaching: Work alongside government school teachers in selected schools in Surat for a two-year period.
- Program Support: Support and sustain Asaadharan’s programs and initiatives focused on building student leadership.
- Training Participation: Attend and actively engage in all training sessions conducted by Asaadharan Foundation.
- Classroom Implementation: Apply learning in classroom and school settings to create meaningful learning experiences.
- Relationship Building: Build trust with children & families through home visits, PTMs, and regular interaction.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, principals, and other key stakeholders.
- Personal Development: Commit to continuous self-reflection, learning, & personal growth.
- Leadership Development: Engage in structured Leadership development & actively apply skills in practice.
- Social-Emotional Growth: Develop social-emotional skills personally and nurture these skills in children.

How long will I have to commit?
- Asaadharan Fellowship is a two-year (May 2026 - April 2028) full-time paid fellowship program.
Selection Process
- Stage 1: Fill out the online application form (Google Form)
- Stage 2: Group Discussion and Teaching Readiness Assessment
- Stage 3: Personal Interview (Offline-Location details will be shared via email)
