Who can be our Edu-Leader?

  • Anyone who is a graduate with at least a Bachelor’s degree in any branch.
  • Anyone willing to work Full-time.
  • Anyone fluent in at least 2 languages - English, Hindi or Gujarati,
  • Anyone passionate about teaching, willing to learn and grow.
  • Anyone passionate about working towards bringing change in the education sector.
  • Anyone who has a basic knowledge of computers/laptops - (Google Drive, Microsoft Office, etc)..

What will be the Responsibilities of an Edu-Leader?

  • Teaching students in selected Government schools of Surat for 2 years,
  • Attend all the training sessions conducted by the Asaadhaarn Foundation,
  • Implement the teachings and learning in the classroom and school to make it more relatable for the children,
  • Build relations and create a safe space for the children,
  • Build relations with parents, teachers, principals and other stakeholders,
  • Be active and participate in all the learning spaces.
  • Work towards self-growth and strengthen the areas of development.
  • Take Leadership roles and work towards improving leadership skills.
