He leads the Edu Leader program at Asaadharan with deep insight into both classrooms and systems. He holds a master’s degree in Education from TISS Mumbai and brings years of experience as an educator and researcher. From designing learning plans and mentoring students online to working with SCERT Bihar and UNICEF on education quality and inclusivity, his journey has been both hands-on and deeply reflective.

Ugresh has also contributed to national education symposiums and academic research on assessment. At Asaadharan, he guides fellows with clarity, care, and a strong belief in the power of reflective practice.
